The client wanted bow door windows for the 57-foot narrow boat. They wanted windows that would frame the view and hide clutter in the well area outside the doors.
In this case, the client was my sister and she really liked my piece ‘Ways To Be A Woman‘ – and in particular the floral element. I used that as a basis to design these windows for her. They employ Oceanside Wispy glass and I have painted each piece with different flowers and leaves. There are also garden creatures like bugs, butterflies etc to discover. I named them ‘The Four Leaf Clover Windows’ as there is one piece which has a four-leaf clover on it (can you spot it?!). When we were kids, my sister ALWAYS found a four-leaf clover and I never did!
